The reasons why girls should practice weight training

1. Strong Body
Definitely for women who practice strength training, whether body weight or weight training, the thing that develops is physical strength. You will have more strength to be able to lift up heavier stuffs from strength of the muscles developed, which will become a strong girl looking cool.
2. Good Shape, Bubble Butt
The muscles of the girls are not as big as huge muscle of men because of the natural reason that the hormones of women do not have testosterone high enough to be equivalent to men. So, it is not possible to build huge muscles but little muscles looking firm with bubble butt to wear pants beautifully. The body also looks firmer and looks good.
3. Improved metabolism allowing you to eat more.
The more you have muscle, the higher metabolism is improved. You will need more energy to feed your increased muscles and energy for exercise as well. So, you will be allowed eating more with the better metabolism.  
4. Look outstanding among the people
Because among people in our society, women who are turning to exercise by strength training is still a minority. And it also looks scary for the girls that they are afraid of being like a man with huge muscles. Instead, the girls, who turn to practice the strength training, look sexy, slim with bubble butt, and surely prominent in the eyes of the people to look back.
5. Men are more afraid of you.
From a slender and tiny girl, you will turn to a strong girl with firm and tough body. That is common that your husband will be more afraid of you even usually he already has been.   
6. Dress up easily.
As you have the muscles that make you look outstanding, choosing clothes to wear is not difficult anymore. This is because you will become a good-shape girl with muscular tightening. So, either wearing sexy clothes to show off your body or a dress make you look good with bubble butt and slim waist.  For these advantages, many girls may think of starting to the strength training. Of course, to get the good shape, besides exercising, it must be accompanied by good diet control and choosing a diet that suits your body well.
